Meeting Rosewood Gardens residents over nursery application
Residents in Rosewood Gardens and surrounding roads have contacted the Council to raise their concerns about St Helier Hospital’s planning application to construct a new nursery for hospital staff on a piece of hospital owned land adjoining Rosewood Gardens.
I joined by ward colleagues on a visit to the proposed site with local residents and hospital managers.
Residents are concerned about traffic, parking, noise and access to the site, both during construction and when the nursery is completed.
Meeting residents and hospital managers for a walkabout on the site of the planned nursery was really helpful for all concerned.
We will ensure that these concerns are heard by the planning committee when they meet to discuss the application.
